I PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
The Grzegorz Glinka online store, available at https://grzegorzglinka.com/, is run by Grzegorz Glinka running a business under the name Grzegorz Glinka, UTR: 75764 97094.
These Regulations are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and define the rules of using the Online Store as well as the rules and procedure for concluding Sales Agreements with the Customer at a distance via the Store.
II DEFINITIONS
Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller as part of the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to its business or professional activity.
Seller – a natural person running a business under the name of Grzegorz Glinka, UTR: 75 764 97094.
Customer – any entity making purchases through the Store.
Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the separate law of which grants legal capacity, carrying out economic activity on its own behalf that uses the Store.
Store – an online store run by the Seller at the Internet address https://grzegorzglinka.com/.
Distance contract – contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organized system of concluding distance contracts (as part of the Store), without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the sole use of one or more the number of means of distance communication until the conclusion of the contract, inclusive.
Regulations – these regulations with all attachments constituting its integral part, including in particular the “Privacy Policy”.
Order – the Customer’s declaration of will submitted via the Order Form and aimed directly at concluding the Product Sales Agreement or Products with the Seller.
Account – the customer’s account in the store, where the data provided by the customer and information about orders placed by him in the store are collected.
Registration form – a form available in the Store that allows you to create an Account.
Order form – an interactive form available in the Store that allows you to place an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Cart and defining the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.
Cart – an element of the Store’s software in which the Products selected for purchase are visible, and it is also possible to determine and modify the Order data, in particular the quantity of Products.
Product – goods or services available in the Store, which are the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
Sales Agreement – a Product sales contract concluded or concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Online Store.

IV TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
The use of the Online Store is possible provided that the following technical requirements are met by the Customer:
having a device enabling access to the Internet, equipped with an efficient operating system, eg Linux or Windows;
installing an up-to-date version of a web browser on the device that provides access to Internet resources, such as: Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome or another compatible one that supports cookies, and an active e-mail account.
V GENERAL INFORMATION
The Seller, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the functioning of the Store, caused by force majeure, unlawful actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Online Store with the Customer’s technical infrastructure.
Viewing the Store’s assortment does not require an Account. Placing orders by the Customer for Products in the Store’s assortment is possible either after creating an Account in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Regulations or by providing the necessary personal and address data enabling the Order to be completed without creating an Account. The final amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price for the Product and the cost of delivery, about which the Customer is informed on the Store’s website when placing the Order.
VI. OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN THE STORE
To create an Account in the Store, you must complete the Registration Form.
Creating an Account in the Store is free. Logging in to the Account is done by entering the login and password set in the Registration Form.
The Customer may at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring any fees, delete the Account by sending an appropriate request to the Seller, in particular via e-mail.
VII SUBMISSION AND FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
In order to order a Good or a Service via the Store, go to the website https://grzegorzglinka.com/, and then select the product or service, taking subsequent steps in accordance with the messages displayed on the Store’s website.
The Customer’s selection of the ordered goods or services (including their type and number) is made by adding individual goods or services to the basket.
In order to place an Order, it is necessary for the Customer to provide the following data: name and surname (and in the case of an entrepreneur – name and surname of the person placing the Order on his behalf), delivery address (i.e. street, house number, apartment number, city, postal code, country), telephone number and e-mail address, as well as acceptance of the Regulations by checking the box marked as “I accept the regulations”, and then sending the Order by clicking the “Buy and pay” button.
In the process of placing the Order, the Customer is also obliged to choose the form of payment for the ordered Products.
When placing an Order – until you click the “Buy and pay” button – the customer has the option of modifying the personal data provided by him and data regarding the goods or services he has chosen, both in terms of their type and number (quantity), as well as what to the form of payment and the place and method of their delivery.
By clicking on the “Buy and pay” button, the customer is aware that the conclusion of the contract is related to the obligation to pay the payment due to the Seller.
After the Customer has provided all the necessary data to place an Order, a summary of the Order will be displayed.
The Order Summary contains in particular the following information: Subject of the Sales Agreement, Unit and total price for the Products ordered, Delivery cost, Selected payment method.
Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of the Customer’s will to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller, in accordance with the content of these Regulations.
After placing the Order, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
The Sale Agreement is treated as concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the message referred to above.
Simultaneously with placing an Order for specific Products, the Customer may register in the Store, as a result of which an individual account will be created for a given Customer, available with the login (Customer’s e-mail address) and a password set by him (hereinafter referred to as “Account”). Registration in the Store is not a necessary condition to make purchases in it.
Creating an Account is possible by filling in all fields of the registration form on the Store’s website, marked as required.
The prerequisite for creating an Account is the Customer’s acceptance of these Regulations by checking the box marked “I accept the regulations”, placed under the registration form.
A customer who has registered in the Store may use his Account for subsequent purchases. As part of the Account, the Customer may, in particular, track the status of current Orders, check the details of Historical Orders, manage the newsletter settings, as well as manage the data of his Account, including delivery addresses and change your password.
The Customer is obliged not to disclose his Account password to third parties.
The Seller may delete the Customer’s account or deprive him of the right to place Orders, with immediate effect, in the event of a material breach by the Customer of these Regulations, in particular if the Customer, when registering in the Online Store or placing an Order, provided untrue, inaccurate or infringing data. the rights of third parties, and also uses the Online Store in a way that is burdensome for other Customers and the Seller, as well as making goods or services available to third parties.
The delivery of the Order takes place after the conclusion of the Agreement and the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
VIII PRICES OF GOODS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT
The prices of goods and services posted on the Store’s website are gross prices and include VAT and all other components, such as customs duties.
The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Products presented on the Store’s websites, withdraw and introduce new goods or services, carry out and cancel all kinds of promotional campaigns and sales.
The above right does not affect Orders that were placed before the effective date of any of the changes referred to above.
The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered Products: Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
When paying for a product or service, the Customer may use the rebate or promotional coupons he or she is entitled to. An electronic invoice is issued for each Order.
IX COSTS AND DELIVERY DATE
Delivery costs are announced to the Customer before sending the Order.
The order is processed within 3 business days of purchase.
X TERMS OF DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Some Products (books) are shipped within Great Britain, as well as on the routes England – Europe, England – Australia and England – United States by Royal Mail.
Access to other Products (e-books, training) is possible after the Customer logs in to the Store’s website.
XI RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The running of the period specified in paragraph 1 begins with the delivery of the Product to the Consumer or a person designated by him other than the carrier.
The consumer may withdraw from the Agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement to the Seller. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send a statement before the expiry of this period.
The statement should be sent by the Consumer by e-mail to the Seller’s e-mail address (the Seller’s contact details are specified in § 3), after which the Seller will immediately send the Consumer to the e-mail address provided by the Consumer confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement.
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, such a contract is considered void and the parties are obliged to return what they mutually provided on the basis of it.
The goods are only returned unchanged. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of the Consumer’s withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The returned Goods should be sent to the following address: Grzegorz Glinka, Waterways Avenue 2/43 , M15 4QZ, Manchester, Great Britain
The returned Goods should be packed in a way that ensures no damage to the parcel during transport.
The reimbursement will be made by the Seller using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction.
The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until the Product is received back or until proof of its return is provided to him, whichever occurs first.
The cost of returning the Goods to the Seller and its packaging is covered by the Consumer.
XII COMPLAINTS CONCERNING THE GOODS
All Products available in the Store are original, brand new and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions regarding the warranty in the Civil Code.
Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer’s rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the Seller at the following e-mail address: hello@grzegorzglinka.com.
When submitting a complaint, please provide your name, surname, e-mail address, Order number, and describe the reason for the complaint.
The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 2 days from the date of its notification.
XIII PERSONAL DATA IN THE ONLINE STORE
The administrator of personal data of Customers collected via the Online Store is the Seller.
Customers’ personal data collected by the administrator via the Online Store is collected in order to implement the Sales Agreement.
The customer has the right to access their data and correct them.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude a Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.
Detailed rules regarding the processing of Customers’ personal data are contained in the Privacy Policy on the Store’s website.
XIV. FINAL PROVISIONS
Photos and any other materials (including texts, recordings, graphics, logos) posted on the Store’s website are the property of the Seller. Using them for commercial purposes without the consent of the Seller is illegal and prohibited.
Personal data is processed and secured in accordance with legal requirements regarding the principles of data processing and protection by the Seller, including and pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).
The customer has the right to use out-of-court complaint and redress methods. For this purpose, he / she may file a complaint via the EU ODR internet platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
The Regulations enter into force on April 6, 2021.
