He came into this world in the second half of the twentieth century. To be precise, he was born on the 12th of March 1985 in Szczytno, Poland. After a few days, he took up residence in Pasym. He did not come from a wealthy family, but despite this, he had what can be described as a fairy-tale childhood. He spent most of his spare time with his grandfather and grandmother. He truly was the apple of their eye! His father, among other things, taught him how to shoot a slingshot and ride a bike. His mother gifted him with priceless advice as well as passing on her values. Along with his parents and sister, he moved to Olsztyn at the age of 7. He grew up in the capital of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. To the question: ‘Who do you want to be when you grow up?’, he would answer ‘a businessman’. He’d always liked the smell of money so this career was most to his liking. He was never one at school to be graduating with distinctions. Teachers would often refer to him as ‘a gifted but lazy child’. He was awfully mouthy, had a tendency to copy work from others, and skipped school on occasion. He did not want to focus on his learning as he believed that a huge chunk of what the teachers had to pass on was unnecessary and would never really be of use to anyone. His first passion in life was football, he had an immense and unconditional love for the sport. He developed his sporting potential for football whilst training daily in Warmia Olsztyn. He was unrivaled by his peers when it came to speed on the pitch, Although, he was never one with a natural talent for heading the ball. During his time studying towards his high school exams, he had dreamed of writing a book. Alas, he could not find the time to do so.
Just a few months later he sustained a major injury which forced him to hang up his football boots. His world fell apart. Letting an array of negative emotions take him over, he was unable at this point to see the opportunity the universe had handed him. He could finally dedicate his time to writing his book but instead, he moaned, whined and complained until he had forgotten his initial dream of writing his book. His sister had given him the idea to pursue a career in modeling. He soon signed with one of the most prestigious modeling agencies in the country but failed to launch his career. Instead of focusing on his physique, he preferred to meet with friends with whom he would indulge in smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. After his studies, he set off to Great Britain where he would make a living and learn a thing or two about life. He would often ask his friends and family; “How should one live?”, never receiving a satisfying reply.
In the end, he found himself missing his home nation and returned, although as he said himself, he never really considered himself a patriot. He managed to go through all the money he had earned whilst abroad within two years. Being in an unfavourable position, he decided to move to Warsaw and take up a job in a bank. He wanted to sell credit and credit cards but his calling seemed to be elsewhere. He was keener on helping his clients by supporting and motivating them rather than actively selling the bank’s products. This ultimately led to the bank letting him go. After that, he found himself working in editing and subsequently landed a job working with trains where his legend still circulates Poland’s PKP Intercity.
In the meantime, he got married and along with his wife, they decided to move abroad. They had decided upon Manchester. Unfortunately, just before the departure, Grzegorz began to suffer terribly from Sciatica. This left him in daily pain which would radiate from his lower back right down to his ankle on his left leg. In the UK he offered his services – however that may sound – to over 30 different companies. At this point, he was not tending to the garden of his dreams, which meant that rather than being filled with beautiful trees and flowers, it housed rat poison, half-empty booze bottles, and the packaging of soft and hard drugs. “How should one live?” – he continued to ask those around him.
He would often fall into sadness only to later develop a sense of bitterness. One day as he stood on his balcony and lit up a joint, he realised he was not happy. He realised he had a job that brought him no satisfaction and he was lacking a passion in life. He decided that he was going to change this and not continue living life like a hamster running on its wheel pointlessly. He became interested in self-development, which in turn flipped his world upside down. He became aware of the Law of Attraction and so it began… He returned once again to that garden of dreams and began to really clean the place up. He rediscovered his long lost chest of dreams. “My book!” – he exclaimed as he raised his arms into the air. With the use of Infinite Divine Intelligence, he began to attract things into his life…
First, he healed himself of his Sciatica, which once again brought a smile to what had for a long time been his joyless face. Next, he squared up with his addictions and soon conquered them with a clean KO. The next step was to write his book: ‘The Tools of Self-Development’. The theme of this book – as the title suggests – was personal-development, but in pill form. It was about conveying all the most important pieces of information to his readers without wasting any time and padding it with pointless nonsense. The book was written with those in mind who wish to improve the standard of their life but don’t see how. His work found its way to most internet-based book stores as well as physical locations, including Empik, which was the main seller of the book. This was a dream come true that had been over ten years in the making. “Dreams are like drugs, highly addictive and your appetite grows with your use” – he thought to himself, beaming with happiness.
One day he came across a quote from the bible which read: “I said, ‘You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High’” which he interpreted to mean:
„Believe that you are a god and miracles will appear in your life!”
He believed this and he began to do the impossible. He healed his wife from a distance. He then healed himself. He learned how to change the weather and modify other peoples’ behaviours. „Nothing is impossible for a person who believes unconditionally and patiently makes steps towards their goals” – This is the message he sent out into the world.
Personal-development, under the guidance of the Law of Attraction, answered that all-important question for him: ‘How should one live?’ He decided to share the answers he found with the world and wrote his second book titled ‘It Really Works! The Law of Attraction – My Story’. By basing the plot on his own existence, he wanted to show everyone that it is possible to pick yourself up from ruination and achieve success. You just need to believe and be patient. For some this is easy and for others difficult… The truth is that even if you have substance issues or lead an undesirable lifestyle and come from the poorest places on Earth you can make things happen. It all depends on what you do with your life because when you truly want to achieve something you find ways to get there and if you don’t truly have the desire to achieve it, you will find excuses. The Coronavirus pandemic caused the author to roll up his sleeves and get to work. As a result, his second book was published in English on foreign markets. In addition, a website (grzegorzglinka.com) was created and a Youtube channel (okiem Artysty – Grzegorz Glinka), where priceless information can be found on personal and spiritual development. His next book, entitled ‘Liar’, also saw the light of day. The visionary wasted no time and became a motivational speaker and radio presenter. In the meantime, he established a close collaboration with Kris Rudolf, resulting in their joint work titled ‘My Spirit Over Berlin’. Subsequently, he wrote ‘Motivational Fairy Tales for Children and Adults’, and currently he is working on a continuation of one of his previous books.
His life mission is to inspire.
By achieving his own goals, he fulfills the dreams of others.
He is finally happy because he found his reason for being.
